WARRANTY COVERAGE

90-DAY / 3,000-MILE WARRANTY

All motorcycles are sold with a 90-day warranty or 3,000-mile mileage cap (whichever comes first), effective from the date the motorcycle is registered in the buyer’s name.

The purpose of this warranty is to address unexpected mechanical or electrical issues that may arise during normal street use after purchase.

COVERAGE SCOPE

During the coverage period, the warranty applies to failures of major mechanical and electrical components that affect normal operation of the motorcycle.

ENGINE & DRIVETRAIN

Coverage includes internal engine components, lubrication-related parts, transmission components, and primary drivetrain elements when failure occurs during normal use.

CLUTCH & POWER DELIVERY

Clutch-related components are covered when failure is not the result of misuse, abuse, or abnormal riding conditions.

COOLING & FUEL SYSTEMS

Cooling system components and fuel delivery components related to normal engine operation are included.

ELECTRICAL & ELECTRONIC SYSTEMS

Coverage extends to engine management components, sensors required for proper operation, charging system components, and electrical systems involved in starting and normal riding.

REPAIRS & LOCATION

Warranty repairs are completed locally at a dealer or repair facility agreed upon in advance. There is no requirement for the motorcycle to be transported back to our dealership.

If an issue occurs, we coordinate directly with the repair facility to approve and complete the repair.

AUTHORIZATION & PROCESS

• Issues should be reported promptly once identified
• Repairs require approval prior to work being performed (except emergency situations)
• Diagnosis and repair are handled through licensed or qualified facilities

This process keeps repairs efficient while maintaining consistency and documentation.

EXCLUSIONS

The warranty does not apply to:

• Routine maintenance or scheduled service
• Normal wear items (tires, brakes, chain, sprockets, fluids, filters)
• Cosmetic concerns
• Damage from misuse, abuse, overheating, neglect, or improper maintenance
• Track use, competition, or racing
• Modifications, tuning, ECU flashes, or aftermarket performance changes
• Issues caused by contaminated fuel, improper fluids, or improper storage

These exclusions reflect normal use expectations for high-performance motorcycles.

USE & MAINTENANCE

Warranty coverage applies to motorcycles operated under normal street conditions and maintained according to manufacturer recommendations.
